Dominant Grape: Avesso c/ Engaço

We decided to spice up the Avesso with Castelão (a red wine caste) stalks. Reverb is a foot-tread monovarietal wine with an initial three-day maceration. It then macerates in a stainless steel tank for six months, in contact with the grapes’ skin and the stalks from the Quinta’s red wine.
